CHARLOTTE, NC – A new series of ECOFIT motorized fans with backward impellers are
scheduled to be introduced at the AHR Show in February 2005 by Rosenberg
USA. They are designed to deliver low-noise and high efficiency in
applications such as domestic air conditioning, electronic cabinet
cooling, low power industrial heaters and cowl ventilation.
Until now, only one other company worldwide has offered this product to these specifications.
The new fans feature IP44 protection, are UL Listed and are
rated to Class F with optional thermal protection. Airflows reach a
maximum of 215 CFM. Their compact wheel is an easy fit in free blowing
designs (with screening) in circular, rectangular and scroll-shaped
housings. The plastic impellers measure 135x42 millimeters (5.31 x 1.65
inches). Noise is a low 56 dBA at 60 Hz, 53 dBa at 50 Hz.
Related ECOFIT fans include a series motorized backward
impellers with diameters from 180 mm (7.09 inches) to 192 mm (7.56
inches). ECOFIT also manufacturers motorized forward impellers and
blowers with diameters from 108 mm (4.25 inches) to 140 (5.5 inches).
ECOFIT fans are compact enough to be custom-fit into a broad
variety of brackets from different manufacturers. Available accessories
include inlet cones, inlet guards and UL listed capacitors.
